Adjustment Policy
Every retread bearing our identification (DLJ) that fails for reasons of workmanship and material or casing failure during the first 75% of tread wear is covered by the following adjustment policy. Adjustments will be prorated on the basis of tread wear. Credit will be issued for the remaining tread. Retreads will not be adjusted when worn down below 25% of the original tread depth. No adjustments will be made for road hazards, rub flat, old age or abuse. No allowance is applicable to your casing.
Cap and Casing Adjustment Policy
Every truck and off-the-road retread specifically branded by us as having been sold as cap and casing will, in the event of failure as described below, have the adjustment prorated on the actual cost of the retread plus the cost of the casing.
